The Research, Design and Anthropometry Department is a new one, founded in order to fulfill the demands and development needs of the Romanian clothing sector, which represents about 5500 of clothing companies.
The Design Department activities are focused on shaping up innovative products, with a high creativity degree combined with customized products executed in a shorter time, according to 3D anthropometric sizes Romanian population presents today.
Our areas of competence are focused on:
- Research on clothing design: line, stylistic influences, materials, color palette;
- Specialized catalogs for specific trends seasons: fall-winter, spring-summer;
- Mini-specific clothing collections for seasonal trends;
- Development of sizes standard for clothes;
- Partnerships with specialized international bodies and initiation of CDI projects;
- Specializing consultancy in the fields of competence;
- Training of the personnel;
- Organizing scientific meetings, symposium, seminars to promote and support design activities.
