Plant metabolomics: biosynthesis, phytochemicals markers (carotenoids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, polyphenols, phytosterols, lipids functional); extraction, purification and analysis (fingerprint chromatographic and spectrophotometric) of phytochemicals in extracts (dietary supplements, functional foods); test "in vitro" and "in vivo" has antioxidant and cytotoxic action of natural compounds; biotechnological applications of phytochemicals (waste recovery and biconversion).
